The young and brilliant Vice Land master

The time, which Land master govern directly the local residents, has finished in 1867 in Japan.  Today Land masters are the one of the citizens and have no right to govern, as long as they aren't elected as the Prefecture Governor or the Mayor.  Meanwhile, they are still demanded to have today's local residents in the past territory influenced of their mentality.

The family of Land master , who has long governed the territory on and around attacked by the extremely big earthquake and the exploded nuclear power station in Fukushima prefecture, are always watching the precess of rehabilitaion.  They frequently go and visit at the past governing territoty.  Every time they stay there, they encourage the refugees caused by the explosion and the victimes whose relatives have passed away by Tsunami, the giant wave.

The young Vice Land master is now searching for the way to drive the clean energy power station on the area near the exploded nuclear power station.  Why ?

Not a few refugees now depend on the relief money provided from TEPCO ( Tokyo Electric Power Company ) .  Meanwhile,the kind of money carries jealousy from those who cannot gain the money.  Therefore, the Vice master believes that the refugees might be independent again if the clean energy power station will be constructed somewhere in the past governing territoy.  Additionally the clean energy gives us a safe impression.  They still fear health damage by the explosion caused by nuclear power.

They young Vice master left me an impression of his strong will to revive their past governing territory from the serious nuclear power disaster which nobody has ever experienced.
